If we establish you have some problem that can not be rectified, we may ultimately provide money back. We maintain a high level of quality and explain our product well, so the issue must be compelling. If we have made ANY mistakes, we fix those immediately at no cost to you if you report the problem within a week.  Clarity is very important, so make sure you correctly describe what you want. As a service item, we can't guarantee cash refunds but  we guarantee the materials used for any and all fake degree items are true university quality; we guarantee real university embossing stamp equipment for your transcripts and we guarantee each and every fake degree or fake diploma set will be considered high quality by any reasonable person or we'll re-do it. If you do not receive the item you ordered within the time expected, notify us at that time. Once we ship or send a download link for any software items, we do not provide money back, including the kit version.

Each order takes about one hour to complete in addition to the time and postage and materials used -- we have a stake in the item's quality too. If you decide you want to cancel your order we'll offer money back if we have not begun your order or if it has been no more than 12 hours from ordering. If later than 12hrs, we will commit to delivering your order only. If you want custom courses, they are $20. per 5 if you do not use the template available for custom courses we send via e-mail upon request. We will do up to 5 free.  

We feel comfortable in claiming we produce superior fake transcripts.
